Baby capsules, forward-facing child seats and booster seats are all available and included at no extra charge on family bookings. Please let us know the ages of your children when you request pricing so we can bring the right combination and install it correctly before we arrive at your door. If your booking is inbound and you're travelling with an infant, we install the capsule prior to arrival at Melbourne Airport so there's no fumbling at the curb.
For holiday travel we lean toward the larger vehicles in our luxury fleet by default — luxury SUVs and people-mover vans — so oversize suitcases, golf clubs, prams, snowboards and surf gear travel with you, not left behind. Second-address stops (grandparents' place, a friend picking up the pet) can be built into the quote without hourly upcharges. We frequently run family pickups from the south-east suburbs, and if you have visitors from out of town, we can even arrange suburban and city tours.
